Trichomonas (STD)

Trichomonas
Trichomonas is a type of parasites, which particularly affect women. The man may be the carrier of the disease without knowing who owns it. The parasite that causes this disease is transmitted through penile-vaginal contact or by contact of the vulva to vulva. Women can be infected by this disease from a man or woman who has the infection but men usually contract it only if they have sex with an infected woman.
Most men with this disease have no symptoms, but some may have temporary irritation inside the penis, mild discharge, burning during urination and ejaculation. Several women have symptoms of infection with vaginal discharge frothy, yellow-green and strong odor. The infection can marry more discomfort during sex or when urinating as well as irritation and itching in the genital area. The genital inflammation that causes trichomoniasis can increase a woman's chance of contracting HIV infection. The probability that a woman with HIV passing the virus to their sexual partner increases if one has trichomoniasis.
Trichomoniasis can be cured with medication. Symptoms in infected men may disappear within several weeks without treatment. However, a man who has the infection without ever having symptoms may continue to infect their sexual partners without their knowledge. Therefore, both people must be treated to eliminate the parasite infection and people who are treated for trichomoniasis should avoid sex.
The surest way to prevent the spread of such diseases is to abstain from sexual contact. Another way is to have a stable, monogamous relationship. Any symptoms in the genital area, whether any irritation or unusual discharge, you must be a reason to avoid sex and consult a doctor.
Not knowing what can happen, people had unprotected sex; for this reason is important to have campaigns against irresponsible sex, protecting the welfare of the world population. Each country needs to have campaigns that are aimed at people who maintain and not have sex, the first to be more careful, and second for when starting their sexual life, do so responsibly and taking care of your life.
